Did you buy a nice object in our auction? We will be happy to explain how you can take the object with you, pick it up or have it shipped.
Immediate pick up
During and after the auction you are welcome to check your invoice at the front desk and to complete your payment. You can pick up your purchased lots immediately after payment is completed.
For shipment services the auction house closely cooperates with Easy2Send. Further on you will find all the necessary information on their services. If you contact them they will provide you with all information on your shipment (costs and term of delivery etc.)
Easy2send offers insured transport varying from straightforward courier orders to the special expertise for tailor-made transport of exclusive items, both national and international shipment. The price quotation depends on the weight and size of your piece(s) and the delivery address. Easy2send can be classified in the middle price segment of the market, because they arrange both tailor-made and middle segment deliveries.

Coins and banknotes

Collect your purchases (by appointment only)
The collection of the purchased goods can only be done by appointment. You can make an appointment via the customer portal. To do so, click on the link in the e-mail you received regarding processing and payment, go through the steps and choose a pick-up time. You will then receive an appointment confirmation via e-mail. You can collect your goods in Klaaswaal (Netherlands), at address: Industrieweg 24.
Pick up locations
Lots from the following categories can be collected at one of our 90 pick-up points. Please note! This service is exclusively offered for coins, banknotes and jewellery with a maximum size of L 10 cm x W 10 cm x H 18 cm. We do not charge any shipment costs for this service.
Please take into account a delivery term of one or two weeks. You will receive a pick up notification the moment your items arrive at the local office of your preference.
